Examinations and Results

Annual Examination:

  1. The Annual Examinations for the First year and Third year is conducted by the college
  2. The Annual Examination is usually held in the month of March/ April
  3. The result will be available in the College Website and College Notice Board

Preparatory Examination:

  1. The Preparatory Examination (at the end of 2 nd Year) is conducted by the Gauhati University,
  2. The Preparatory Examination is usually held in the month of August
  3. The University Registration, Submission of Forms, and Examination schedule is declared by the GU authority
  4. These dates will be notified in the College Website and College Notice Board
  5. The Result will be declared by the University
  6. The result will be available in the College Website and College Notice Board

BFA Part-I Examination:

  1. The BFA Part-I Examination (at the end of 4 th Year) is conducted by the Gauhati University,
  2. The Part-I Examination is usually held in the month of December/January
  3. The Submission of Forms, and Examination schedule is declared by the GU authority
  4. These dates will be notified in the College Website and College Notice Board,
  5. The Result will be declared by the University
  6. The result will be available in the College Website and College Notice Board

BFA Part-II Examination:

  1. The BFA Part-II Examination (at the end of 5 th Year) is conducted by the Gauhati University
  2. The Part-I Examination is usually held in the month of December/January
  3. The Submission of Forms, and Examination schedule is declared by the GU authority
  4. These dates will be notified in the College Website and College Notice Board
  5. The Result will be declared by the University
  6. The result will be available in the College Website and College Notice Board

Entrance Test & Result:

  1. The date of the Entrance Test & Result of the Entrance Test for Admission into the First Year will be announced in time through College Website and through Advertisement in the leading News Papers of the state.
  2. The Result/ List of the Selected Candidate of the Admission Test will be published subsequently in the College Notice Board and in the College Website.
